This is my job title: Release and Support Analyst/WK Forms Initiative
I work in software, tax software to be exact. Its the largest and most profitable tax software company in North America (for large C corporations, fiduciarys and S corps). I used to provide technical support for our tax software suite....but now we are currently converting all our tax forms from .pdf to .sfx = less programming, less resources = faster programs and works with all our proprietary software, did I mention that we give direct advice to the IRS. I cant believe I went to that much school to be in software when all my focus was on hardware.....go figure Oh yeah and I forgot to tell you how BORING it is..............HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, so you really wanna know what I do? Well, to be honest...nothing, lol. Not really. I'm currently a Psychology/Management student at UAH here in Sweet Home Alabama, more like soft home with all this cotton
. I hope to earn my MS in I/O Psychology(Industrial/ Organizational). I'm interested in job identity and satisfaction, working in groups/teams, as well as the relationship between managers at all levels and the subordinates below them. I want to help people become better managers and hopefully better the professional environment. I would love to serve as some kind of liason between MGT and the workers.

Went from auto mechanic, to auto air, to institutional air conditioning/refrigeration. Wore out my back (literally), took an early retirement from the University of South Florida, Tampa, and ran my own mobile computer tech business for two years. Too much hassle -- now I'm just retired.
Oh, and I write when the spirit moves me.
